How you earn
Your income grows with your roster, stage by stage: a reward for each creator who activates, monthly bonuses while your creators complete their content plans, and an ongoing revenue share from your creators’ results after that. Active talent managers earn from ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 a month. No ceiling, no fixed salary logic — how much you earn depends only on how you work.
